PURPOSE
To provide an avenue for disclosure and protection from retribution for those state employees who have knowledge of potential wrong-doing by those in authority over state agencies.

POLICY
It shall be the policy of Çï¿ûÊÓƵ to conform to the requirements of RCW 42.40 concerning the rights of employees within the context of the Whistleblower Act.
PROCEDURES
The college will notify employees on a yearly basis of the requirements of the Whistleblower Act.
